The Compact was established in 1993 to enhance the arts, environment and social welfare of the community. Projects include: the Swim for Life & Paddler Flotilla (Sept 10, 2005), an AIDS and women's health benefit; C-Scape Dune Shack - A Provincetown Retreat for Art & Healing, offering stays for artists and the community, including an annual visual artist $500 fellowship; Art Archives AIDS; and HIV/AIDS Personal Histories Project. We also offer occasional exhibition opportunities for artists, and provide administrative support for artist and community projects. |
