Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands is a community based, private non profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare, enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the dignity of older citizens residing on Cape Cod and the Islands. ESCCI operates two nutrition programs in Provincetown, the Meals On Wheels and the Senior Dining Center located at the Council at the Grace Gouveia Building on 26 Alden Street.
