The ASGCC provides health education and HIV prevention outreach to all of Barnstable County in addition to vital case management services to nearly 400 persons living with HIV and AIDS on Cape Cod. From offices in Hyannis and Provincetown, the agency provides over 30 quality of life support programs. It is the largest and oldest grassroots AIDS service organization on Cape Cod and the Islands.
